We deliver our meal prep 3 days a week. On every delivery you will get 2 days worth of food ready for you to eat! Deliveries are on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
What time will my food come?
The food typically arrives right after it is cooked in our central kitchen – usually between 4:30AM – 7AM depending on your location.
What packaging do you deliver in?
We deliver our meals in a Fit Kitchen Custom Cooler Box with an ice pack to ensure you food is kept fresh and cold. The meals themselves are put in re-heatable microwave safe containers, which contain information about the client such as meal number, macros, meal name, date of cooking, expiry date, etc. Your tailor made food is collected from our kitchen in HACCP Certified Chiller Vans and transported to you at the optimum temperature to ensure freshness. You can track deliveries on your Mobile Phone and you have the option of being alerted every time an order leaves our warehouse and is delivered at your door!
How do I receive my food?
Before the first delivery, we set up a delivery point where your meals will be dropped off. Since it is usually in the early morning, we pre-arrange this and ask you to leave your old freezer box and ice pack at the drop off point, and we replace it with the new box on every delivery!
Can I customise further?
The customer is always right, and you should be able to control exactly what you eat. Therefore as much as possible, we will try to work around your requirements and we can make custom changes, just for you. Please contact us for more information and for exact enquiries!
Can you deliver to different locations during the week?
Yes, we can deliver to different locations throughout the week as long as you mention it while choosing your weekly menu.
On a monthly plan, how often can I change my meal choice?
You will have to choose your meal options for a minimum of 1 week at a time. This means that your weekly menu is fully customisable. If the menu selection is not done for the coming week 2 days before the end of the week, we will presume that you want to continue with the same menu choices. All ordering is done through our online ordering platform, however before ordering we ask that you contact our customer service team to ensure you are selecting the plans correctly and we have all your questions answered!
How long does it take to receive the food after I make an order?
Please note that we require 48 hours notice before your first delivery. Therefore if you order on the following days, this is the corresponding date you can get your first order. Please note to get a confirmed order, our staff must contact you and verbally confirm the delivery location, drop off point and payment method.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We send all customers an invoice that they can use to pay online using our secure payment partner, PayTabs.
Furthermore, you can also pay by bank transfer or cash deposit into our account. Please always retain your deposit receipt as proof of payment so we can track your order!
What if I have special dietary requirements?
We can cater for some specific dietary requirements, as well as food intolerances.
However all our food is made in the same kitchen, so our products may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. If you have a specific food allergy and can not consume even traces of a certain food group, we would not be able to cater for this specific need.
In any case, all customers must specifically mention any dietary requirements, food intolerances or allergies before placing your order with us. We will not be liable for any issues caused if you have not informed our Nutritionist or Sales Team of your dietary preferences or requirements before placing your order and making your payment.
Can I get advice on which plan to choose for my body type or fitness goals?

Where can I enter my discount code?
If you have received a discount code from one of our Fit Kitchen partnered athletes you can contact us with the discount code and we will adjust it to your bill. Please mention this to our Customer Service team whilst placing your order and also enter it on the ordering platform before checking out!

Why do you charge a deposit?
We charge an AED 200 Refundable Security Deposit with all of our Monthly plans.
Our deliveries are made in a white ice box, which comes with an ice pack to ensure the meals stay cold and are fresh when you collect them from your designated drop-off spot.
You must ensure to return your ice box and ice pack by leaving it outside in your secure drop-off spot before your next delivery is made, so the driver can collect it and return it to our processing centre. If you live in an apartment then please ensure to tell your security not to throw away the box, and if you are in a villa then make sure the drop-off spot is secure.
We also provide a complimentary Black Bag at the beginning of your delivery, which must be returned when your plan has finished.
If you do not return any of the items back, the following amounts will be deducted from your Deposit, and will be owed to us accordingly.

Do you have any other terms and conditions?
Please note that all food should be kept in a fridge, freezer or fridge temperature as soon as it is delivered. All meals should be consumed in 48 hours apart from dairy products which should be consumed within 24 hours.
Please note that we offer discounted prices due to getting bookings for an entire monthly period. Therefore if you decide to cancel your plan during before it has finished for any reason, you will be a charged a minimum 25% Cancellation fee. If you received a further discount when signing up, and you did not complete this extended period, the discount offered will be reversed and you will be charged the full price for the period you have completed. The remainder will be refunded to your account. All refunds for online payments are returned to the original method of payment. Alternatively, you can choose to transfer your plan to a friend or family member with a transfer fee of AED 200 only.
Fit Kitchen and Peach Gourmet Restaurant & Cafe LLC reserves the rights to change the prices, plans, terms and other key policies from time to time and their own discretion.
We do not have a Gluten-Free, Nut-Free or any Allergy-Free Kitchen. Therefore if you have a serious allergy or are intolerant to certain products, we do not advise you go ahead with a plan, since we can not be responsible for ensuring the food has no traces of certain allergens.
Meal Prep plans are not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. If you would like to go ahead with a plan, then you would need to sign waiver and speak to your doctor before starting a certain diet or meal plan with us. We can also recommend you to a specialised nutritionist if you would like to get more information on eating whilst pregnant or breast-feeding.

Can I cancel my plan once I have started?
Please note that we offer discounted prices due to getting bookings for an entire monthly period. Therefore if you decide to cancel your plan during before it has finished for any reason, you will be a charged 25% of your entire invoice value as a cancellation fee.
If you received a further discount when signing up, and you did not complete this extended period, the discount offered will be reversed and you will be charged the full price for the period you have completed.
