Each plan has a different amount of Protein, Carbohydrates and Vegetables served.
In each meal category, you then choose a relevant plan (A, B, C, D or E). Each plan has a different number of regular meals, special meals and snacks. All meals are served 6 days a week (excluding Friday).
Normal meals are the base Fit Kitchen Tailor Made food. Pick your Protein, Style and Flavour of Cooking, Carbohydrate Option and Vegetable Selection to complete this choice.
Special meals are unique dishes from the kitchens of our restaurants in the UAE which have been altered to make them high in protein and low in calories and fats.
Snacks are small nibbles to get you through your day – these can also be added as extras if you want more or do not wish to select a plan with set snacks.
Pick the number of meals that suit you – you may require smaller, more regular meals or an average number of larger meals. Our plans are made so that YOU choose how YOU eat.
WELLNESS – By Fit Kitchen
‘Wellness’ by Fit Kitchen is a set monthly food plan, where you can eat deliciously fresh and gourmet meals whilst keeping healthy. Every plan includes a breakfast, two gourmet meals, one salad, one soup/snack and one healthy dessert!
The menu is selected by us and we promise that you will never get the same meal twice in the same month. Since we own and operate 30 Restaurants, we have chefs who cook different cuisines. From Arabic to Pan-Asian, French, Italian and other International delicacies, every menu option will be different to ensure you never get bored!
